A big question starting your pressure wash business is what to charge. I believe the finger in the air attitude doesn't build customer confidence and isn't great for the company either. I've made a formula where as jobs get bigger and extra services are added you get a bigger and bigger m2 saving. I'm not going to be up selling sealant etc rather giving them more on the day with discounted extra service.
